The aim of this paper is to discuss multicultural leadership in global organizations and to outline an improvement program concentrating on managers and workers required in multicultural groups of organizations. The foundation of optimizing leadership in a multicultural system, the scientific community has not achieved the level of capability sought as of late for this scholastic work and accordingly for the objective organizations. This investigation of social examinations and multicultural leadership prompts the conclusion that there are dimensional social related inconsistencies between the nations to be inspected which may prompt decreased efficiency if this is not considered by the groups cooperating.
