Anxiety has become endemic by the 21st century, as all members of society are exposed to it irrespective of their age. It typically emerges at work or at school. Undoubtedly, performance at school is largely affected, especially by anxiety about Mathematics. Our study has focused on reasons triggering off anxiety in BSc and MSc students in a school of higher education. To evaluate the results of the research, statistics and main component analysis was used.
