This paper exposes the planning work on the construction project and to minimize the duration of the project, when is given the formation dynamics of the budget during its execution. Namely, known are the terms of cash flow and amounts of cash flow. It takes into account the available workforce and mechanization. It requires a non-negative balance of funds, respectively a non-negative liquidity in every period that is planned for payment of costs. In cases of insufficient funds is carried out the movement of the appropriate activity in later periods with enough money. The project plan is formed by interactive application of the standard software for Project Management that supports leveling of resources (such as Work or Labor). There is Illustrated the planning of one hypothetical project.
