Distance learning has become an integral part of the educational system, especially in developed countries. In Serbia, there is a need for this form of learning and now is the moment when it received a serious role. To be ready for this kind of learning and to be able to use it optimally, we need to meet with him and examine it in detail. The aim of this paper is to review modern concepts of distance learning and its implementation in Serbia.
