Agile management centers on self-coordinated groups, input and response, easy documenting, and working programming with short development times. Agility is likewise about qualities, standards, and expression, and its ubiquity is expanding and is continuously evolving. Agile project management is different than traditional management methods as it facilitates everyday task and makes better performance of the whole team. In this paper will be discusses the underlying principle of agile methodology for the purpose of improving organization’s performance in completing daily assignments.
