The indicator of quality in health care describes a quantitative indicator that is used to monitor and evaluate the quality of care and treatment of patients, as well as, to support the activities of health care. In this investigation was analyzed the case fatality rateforecasting based on six factors. The main goal was to analyze the influence of the main nursing parameters on case fatality rateforecasting. The method of adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system was applied to the data. The main aim is to detect the most dominant factors for the forecasting of the case fatality. Results shown that the death rate within 48 hours of admission has the highest influence on the case fatalityrateforecasting. The research findings demonstrate the potential of applying neuro fuzzy techniques to support case fatality prediction
