The work presented in this paper focuses on fiber brag grating (FBG) sensor data acquisition and measurements. A brief overview of the technology and of fiber bragg grating is presented as a basis of understanding of the experimental work. Hardware of the test system is presented in detail with its characteristics. Three distinct FBG sensors are presented, namely, temperature, strain and humidity. The experimental section tests these three sensors and a few observations are made about the testing implementation.
