The main objective of the paper is to investigate some important failures and vulnerabilities recorded in the road traffic air quality monitoring system during 2020 pandemics in our country and in Cluj. Thus, the evolution of chemical composition has been put under the spot of scientific investigation. Failures and weak points have been acknowledged and considered for improvement.
