This paper deals with determining the necessary competencies of employees in industrial enterprises by the requirements of Industry 4.0. The term Industrial Revolution 4.0 is very frequent and somewhat mysterious for most people, and its content is unknown. It can be said with great certainty that it is already affecting and will affect both production processes, radical changes in their structure, and the advent of groundbreaking technology and communication equipment, but it will undoubtedly affect labour relations.
