This study investigates the deformation behavior of thin-walled exhaust pipes during the bending process, focusing on elongation and angular springback as primary deformation indicators. Thin-walled tubular structures are widely used in automotive engineering due to their lightweight properties and structural efficiency; however, their geometry makes them susceptible to defects such as ovalization, wall thinning, wrinkling, and elastic recovery after forming.
