ROTARY-TILTING TABLES FOR 5-AXIS MACHINING CENTER

General objectives of the project
Mechanical processing industry is complex prismatic parts in a continuous growth. In Europe and in countries directly involved in this project there is an industry that wants to processing at low cost 5 axis CNC. All that now processes for 3 axis want 5 axis CNC switchover.
The project will develop two frames of the product "Tilting-Rotary Table" as separate unit at the 5 axes machining extension", able to be used at retrofitting activities into machine tool domain, in order to extend the machine tool technologic level to the newest "Five Axes Machining Concept", as the most performant level.
The product frames are:
-- "Tilting-Rotary Table DIA 250mm with two CNC axes for "five axes machining extension" at small sizes machine tools;
-- "Tilting-Rotary Table DIA 400mm with two CNC axes for "five axes machining extension" at middle sizes machine tools.
