To guarantee a smooth publication workflow, authors must conform strictly to the technical layout and styling requirements of the IMT Oradea 2027 Scientific Session. Submissions that fail to comply with these templates will be sent back for immediate revision.

Paper Template

Title of the Paper

Provide a concise, informative, and descriptive title that accurately reflects the content of the paper. Avoid abbreviations and formulas whenever possible. The title should clearly indicate the main contribution or research topic.

Authors

List the full names of all authors in the order agreed upon by the contributors.

For each author, provide:

• Department or Research Center
• Faculty and University (or Company)
• City and Country
• ORCID (optional but recommended)

Indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*) and provide a valid e-mail address for future correspondence.

Abstract

The abstract should contain 150–250 words and summarize the entire paper.

It should briefly present:

• the research problem or motivation;
• the objectives of the study;
• the methodology employed;
• the principal results;
• the main conclusions and scientific contribution.

Do not include references, figures, tables, equations, or undefined abbreviations.

Keywords

Provide 4–6 keywords that best describe the content of the paper. Separate keywords using semicolons.

1. Introduction

The introduction should clearly explain:

• the background of the research;
• the importance of the investigated problem;
• the current state of the art;
• the research gap addressed by the paper;
• the objectives and novelty of the work.

Conclude the introduction with a brief overview of the paper structure.

2. Materials and Methods

Describe in sufficient detail:

• materials used;
• experimental setup;
• equipment and software;
• mathematical models;
• algorithms;
• simulation methods;
• statistical analysis;
• research methodology.

The description should allow other researchers to reproduce the work.

3. Results and Discussion

Present the obtained results using figures, tables, diagrams, and equations where appropriate.

Discuss:

• interpretation of the results;
• comparison with previous studies;
• advantages and limitations of the proposed approach;
• practical or theoretical implications.

Avoid simply repeating data already shown in tables or figures.

4. Conclusions

Summarize the principal findings of the research. The conclusions should:

• answer the research objectives;
• emphasize the scientific contribution;
• indicate practical applications;
• mention limitations of the study;
• suggest directions for future research.

Do not introduce new results in this section.

Acknowledgements (optional)

Acknowledge funding agencies, research projects, institutional support, or individuals who contributed to the work but do not meet the criteria for authorship.

References

References should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text. Citations should be indicated using square brackets, for example: “...as demonstrated in previous studies [3].”

Ensure that every reference cited in the text appears in the reference list and vice versa.

Figures

• Figures should be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
• Number figures consecutively.
• Every figure must have a caption placed below the figure.
• All figures must be cited in the text before they appear.

Tables

• Number tables consecutively.
• Table captions should appear above the table.
• Use editable tables rather than images whenever possible.
• Every table must be cited in the text.

Equations

Number equations consecutively using Arabic numerals. Variables should be defined immediately after the equation when first introduced.

Units

Use the International System of Units (SI).

Formatting Guidelines

• Use the provided conference template without modifying margins, fonts, or page layout.
• The manuscript should be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
• Carefully proofread the manuscript before submission.
• Ensure that all figures, tables, equations, and references are cited in the text.
• Verify that permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material.

Manuscript Layout & Submission Requirements

• Language: All submissions must be written in professional, grammatically correct English (US or UK spelling is accepted, but must be consistent).
• Page Limits: Research papers must contain between 6 and 10 pages, including all figures, tables, and reference lists.
• File Format: Initial manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format for review. Final versions must also include the camera-ready version.
• Structure: Every paper must feature an Abstract (150-250 words), 3 to 5 Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results & Discussion, Conclusions, and formatted References.
