Publishing Policies & Ethics
Strict adherence to the highest academic integrity and ethical guidelines
The Annual Session of Scientific Papers IMT Oradea 2027 enforces a rigorous standard of publishing policies and ethics. In order to maintain the high quality and credibility of our conference proceedings, we comply with standard global academic guidelines, particularly those outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors' Responsibilities
Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must guarantee that their submitted manuscript is entirely original. Plagiarism in all its forms (including self-plagiarism or text recycling) is strictly unacceptable. All submissions are automatically processed through anti-plagiarism verification software.
Multiple Submissions
Submitting a manuscript to more than one journal or conference concurrently is considered unethical and will lead to an immediate rejection of the paper.
Acknowledgment of Sources
Authors must properly cite and acknowledge all prior works, publications, datasets, and intellectual contributions that influenced their manuscript.
Author Contribution
All listed authors must have made significant scientific contributions to the conception, design, execution, or analysis of the study. All contributors must be listed as co-authors.
Scientific Integrity Policies
Any allegation of scientific misconduct, fabricated data, manipulated graphics, or falsified literature will trigger a comprehensive investigation by the Editors. If misconduct is confirmed, the paper will be rejected, and the authors' host institutions will be notified of the ethical violation.
